The Barnabas Center Richmond is a branch office of The Barnabas Center in Charlotte which was founded in 1989 and continues to operate as a nonprofit, nondenominational, Christ-centered counseling, training and teaching ministry. It is a 501(c)(3) ministry that depends on the generosity of donors in order to scholarship the many people who are unable to pay full price for counseling and groups. All donations made to The Barnabas Center are tax-deductible (EIN #56-1662908).  The Charlotte location is led by a Board of Directors and a Director.
